In my various roles, I have learned that digital transformation is about creating sustainable value for the entire ecosystem, by connecting people and technology thoughtfully.

For me, this means thinking strategically while staying curious and open. I strive to be resilient and adaptable, continuously improving through constant learning and practice. My goal is to develop both broad and deep knowledge, ultimately using teamwork to transform our visions into reality.

Motivation

This blog and platform are born from a core belief in collective learning and knowledge sharing. Digital transformation is a complex, ever-evolving landscape that no single person can fully master alone. Digital transformation is at the core of my professional identity. I help companies to manage technological change by providing methodical support for strategic decisions as well as expert advice.

My expertise extends in particular to business strategy, enterprise architecture, organizational development and agile product development as well as classic project management.

My domain knowledge is mainly in insurance and CRM, CX and ERP solutions as well as in-house developments.

Personal Interests

I'm deeply curious about the interconnections between technology, business, and human dynamics. My interests range from strategic thinking and economics to psychology and philosophy. I'm constantly exploring how digital strategies can drive innovation, create adaptive business ecosystems, and support organizational resilience. Learning is my greatest passion – I see every professional challenge as an opportunity to grow and understand more deeply.

Professional Experience

Throughout my career, I've embraced various roles that have shaped my understanding of digital transformation. From software engineering, application manager, co-founder, agile coach to enterprise architecture, each position has been a learning opportunity.

Currently as an Enterprise Architect, I am responsible for designing and implementing the overall SAP strategy and architecture that aligns the technological capabilities to the business needs of my organization. I also guide and support our product teams in the continuous development of our product landscape with regard to architectural issues and decision-making processes. Working closely with stakeholders, product teams and fellow architects, I am driving the transformation to a future-ready DTI platform with a strong focus on business value, innovation, efficiency and sustainability.
